Publisher address reviews
When a store updates their store address, every publisher they run events for will be notified and can ask for supporting documentation before finalizing the change.
Core Information
This section include the basic details about the organization. Most of these details, such as the phone number and public contact email, will appear on the Store Details Page on the relevant gaming networks, such as the Disney Lorcana Play Network and the Riftbound Gaming Network.
The following information can be added and changed here:
Organization Name
Store Address
Timezone - Used for event scheduling and display times.
Available Seats - Approximate number of players the store can seat at one time. Updates trigger publisher review for each game the store runs events for.
Primary Language - The primary language spoken at this store.
Phone Number
Public Contact Email
Website
Discord Server Invite URL
European Tax Information
VAT and EORI details for European stores for fulfillment shipments like promo cards and kits. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in organized play packages being returned to sender.

VAT Number
EORI Number
EORI Business Entity
EORI Business Address
Social Media Profiles
Connect the organization's social media accounts:
Facebook Page URL
Instagram Handle
Twitter Handle
Bluesky Handle
Twitch URL - This channel will be displayed on Convention & Event pages.
Storefront Image
The default Google Maps image can be replaced with a custom photo of the storefront. This image will be shown to players on the store page in the relevant gaming networks, such as the Disney Lorcana Play Network and the Riftbound Gaming Network.
To change the storefront image:
Navigate to Organization Settings in the Admin Dashboard
Scroll to the Storefront Image section at the bottom of the page
Click on Upload Image
Select the image to override the Google Maps default image
Save changes
Once the image has been successfully saved, it can be replaced or removed by using the Replace Image or Remove Image buttons:
This image will show on the Store Details Page in the relevant play networks:
