Submit Feedback

Steps to submit feedback for the Carde.io platform.

The built-in Feedback tool within the Admin Dashboard and each of the player sites (i.e. Disney Lorcana Play Network or Riftbound Gaming Network) can be used to report bugs and share feedback or improvement suggestions for the Carde.io platform or the games and play programs supported on the platform. The tool allows submission of screenshots, links, and structured descriptions to support issue and feedback reporting.

Important Note

The Feedback tool is not monitored by the support team. To get in touch with the support team with any questions or regarding any errors or issues on the platform, please email [email protected] or contact the team via live chat. Submit Feedback on the Admin Dashboard

Tournament Organizers can submit feedback on the Admin Dashboard.

Accessing the Feedback Tool

  1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard

  2. Navigate to the lower-left corner of the screen

  3. Click Feedback


Submitting Feedback

A feedback window will open with the following fields:

  • Title of the issue or suggestion

  • Detailed description of the issue or suggestion

  • Optional link to the relevant page or event

  • Screenshot capture tool for visual context

Screenshots can be taken directly from the interface to document the issue.

Submit Feedback on a Player Site

Players can submit feedback on any of the player sites (i.e. Disney Lorcana Play Network or Riftbound Gaming Network).

Accessing the Feedback Tool

  1. Log in to the player site

  2. Click on the profile icon in the top right

  3. Click Feedback

Submitting Feedback

A feedback window will open with the following fields:

Submission Review

  1. Feedback is submitted through the built-in tool

  2. Submissions are reviewed internally

  3. Feedback is used to identify bugs, improve functionality, and refine the platform experience

Tips for Effective Feedback

  • Be as detailed as possible

    • Make note of the current and desired functionality

    • Provide context about your experience

    • Explain the impact of the issue or suggested change

  • If applicable, include steps to reproduce the problem

  • Attach screenshots whenever possible for clarity
