The built-in Feedback tool within the Admin Dashboard and each of the player sites (i.e. Disney Lorcana Play Network or Riftbound Gaming Network) can be used to report bugs and share feedback or improvement suggestions for the Carde.io platform or the games and play programs supported on the platform. The tool allows submission of screenshots, links, and structured descriptions to support issue and feedback reporting.

Accessing the Feedback Tool
Log in to the Admin Dashboard
Navigate to the lower-left corner of the screen
Click Feedback
Submitting Feedback
A feedback window will open with the following fields:
Title of the issue or suggestion
Detailed description of the issue or suggestion
Optional link to the relevant page or event
Screenshot capture tool for visual context
Screenshots can be taken directly from the interface to document the issue.
