Account Management
To navigate to the Account Management page:
Log in to the Gaming or Play Network
Click on your profile image in the top right
Click on Account Management
Change First and Last Name
To change your first and/or last name:
Log in to the Gaming or Play Network
Click on your profile image in the top right
Click on Account Management
In the Personal Information section, type your First Name and Last Name into the respective fields
Click Save Changes
Date of Birth
The date of birth displays in a Month / Day / Year format. If you accidentally enter the wrong date of birth during account creation, you can update it here within the first 24 hours. Otherwise, please contact support with your correct date of birth in a Month DD, YYYY format (i.e. January 1, 2000) for assistance.
Privacy Settings
To manage your Cookie Preferences:
Log in to the Gaming or Play Network
Click on your profile image in the top right
Click on Account Management
In the Privacy Settings section, click Manage Cookies
In the privacy pop-up, select your preferred option
Change Email Address
To change the email address for an account:
Log in to the account
Click on your profile image in the top right
Click on Account Management
Under Email Address, enter the current account email, the new desired email, and the current password for the account
Click Change Email
Check your email inbox and click the verification link to activate the account under the new email address
Note: The account email cannot be changed to an email address that already has an account associated with it.

Change Password
To change the password for an account while logged in:
Click on your profile image in the top right
Click on Account Management
Under Password, enter the current password, new password, and confirm the new password
Click Change Password

Guardianship
On some of the Gaming or Play Networks, parents can add their child to their account and claim them as a "guardian." This allows parents to register their child for events.
Note: Child/parent accounts are not available on the Riftbound Gaming Network.
To add a child to your account:
Log in to the gaming or player network
Click on your profile image in the top right
Click on Account Management
Under the Guardianship section, click on Add a Child Account

Lore Guide and Judge Program
To take a Disney Lorcana Lore Guide or Riftbound Judge Program exam:
Log in to the gaming or player network
Click on your profile image in the top right
Click on Account Management
Under the Lore Guide Exam or Judge Program section, click on Begin the Exam
Fill out the answers
Click Submit Answers
If you do not pass the exam, you will need to wait 7 days to retake the Disney Lorcana Lore Guide exam or 14 days to retake the Judge Level 1 Authorization exam.
Lore Guide and Judge Program Authorization
After passing the Disney Lorcana Lore Guide exam, the Lore Guide Exam section will display an Active Lore Guide Authorization badge. After passing the Riftbound Judge Program exam, the Judge Program section will display an Active Riftbound Judge Level 1 Authorization badge.
The Lore Guide Exam and Judge Program sections will also show an Important Resources section and Judge Event History.

Judge Event History
The Judge Event History section includes:
A search bar to filter by event or store name
A Format drop-down to filter by a specific game format
A Roles drop-down to filter by judge role
A Date Range filter
A list of past tournament you have judged
The Judge Event History shows the following information for each event at a glance:
Event name, store name, structure, number of players, infractions given, and date
Assignment provenance – The name of the Store Admin who assigned you as a judge for the event
Whether you were a certified judge at the time of the event
Your role – i.e. Head Judge, Judge
Your Lore Guide or Judge Program authorization, currently and at the time of the event
Click on the event name to open the event page.
