Player Check-In Options

  • Code – Generates an alphanumeric check-in code on the internal event page. Store owners can display the check-in code in store or send it to players, but it's not shared with players via Carde.io. Players can use the check-in code field on the public event page to check themselves in or they can be checked in by organizers at the event

  • Organizer Only – Organizers can manually check players in when they are physically present at the event

  • Not required – No check-in required

Note: Check-in options do not restrict event registration, only check-in after registration

Event Visibility Status

  • Public – Events will be listed and searchable by players on the event locator

  • Canceled – Events will still show in search but will not run

  • Unlisted – An active event that will not show up in the search for players, but will still be accessible by direct link (for private invites, etc.)

  • Archived – Events will be canceled and removed from search

Registration Status

  • Registration Open – Players can register for the event on the live event page

  • Registration Closed – Players cannot register for the event on the live event page, but can still be added manually by Tournament Organizers on the 2.0 Dashboard in the Players tab of the event

  • Requires Invitation – Players cannot register for the event on the live event page, but can be invited by the Tournament Organizer adding them manually on the 2.0 Dashboard in the Players tab of the event
